Codebox for Under Listings (and Articles)

I would like to add external comments plugin. This can allow social login and additional comments (and possibly pictures)

I was thinking that it would be easy to add a code block where I could add this code - this could even be an "ad" block.

So under each listing I could rotate in or out ads, messages to promote an offer I may have, and add code like a Discus comment script.
