Empty Categories Showing in Left-Hand Column
Even when the toggle is switched off in the directory settings, the empty categories are still shown in the left-hand menu.

This is true, I tried it out as well and it never hid the empty categories. Hopefully, I won't have any empty ones soon though haha.
